Payment of Registration Fees
A payment is required for workshop registration. The minimum payment to register for each workshop is listed on the workshop details page and the registration form.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), bank transfer via PayPal, or personal/business check.

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
We may offer a special discount for full payment before a specified date. The last date to receive the Early Registration Discount is listed on the workshop details page and the registration form.

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the workshop start date may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a processing fee that varies by workshop. The refund processing fee for each workshop is shown on the registration form.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to a workshop start date may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the regular workshop fee; no processing fee will be applied.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days from the workshop start date.

If for any reason a workshop is cancelled by Workshops for Photographers™, full refunds will be offered for all payments received for that workshop.

In any case where a refund may be due, you have the option of applying that amount toward another workshop of your choice. (Standard Registration Policies apply.)

All refunds will be made by company check.

Release of Liability
Our workshops do not involve inherently dangerous activities. Nonetheless, it is important that you understand that Workshops for Photographers™ assumes no liability for any personal injuries or damages to equipment during the course of any of our workshops.

By submitting your registration for a workshop, you assume full responsibility for your personal safety and the security of your equipment during the workshop.

PROTECTING YOURSELF IN THE WILDERNESS
Many of our destination workshops include travel to high alpine and/or desert environments. While we always take reasonable precautions to protect ourselves and the group, be aware that certain risks are always present in the wilderness. They include, but are not limited to: sudden changes in weather, lightning strikes, forest fires, flash floods, high winds, rock slides and animal attacks. It is your responsibility to protect yourself from the natural elements.

Prior to each workshop, we will send a list of recommended personal items to make your trip as safe and comfortable as possible.

Changes to Itineraries
We take great care to prepare itineraries that we can adhere to. However, on rare occasions, we may need to change the location, itinerary or schedule for a Destination Workshop or Digital Imaging Class.

Primarily this applies to our Destination Workshops, during which weather conditions may adversely affect our ability to access certain locations. In some cases, we may not be able to gain access to a location due to unexpected changes in land ownership restrictions, public road closures or government mandates.

We reserve the right to change schedules and itineraries, as we see fit, during the course of any workshop.
